WALT We are learning Geometry 2D shapes and 3D shapes in Math
I typed up dodechahedron and found a pattern to make it. I printed it on green cardboard. Mum helped me cut it out and stick it together. I love my fun shape.
A dodecahedron is a solid shape that has twelve surfaces. Each face is a pentagon (has five edges). In total there are twenty corners (also called vertices) and thirty edges altogether.

Silkie: Wikipedia says the Silkie (sometimes spelled Silky) is a breed of chicken named for its atypically fluffy plumage, which is said to feel like silk and satin. We use a lot of eggs in our house because we are seven people living in our house.
We are eating the eggs. My grandma does baking with it, she makes omelettes and my favourite sunny side up eggs.

Handwriting
We are learning to: write legibly
I completed today's handwriting challenge: lower case t and Capital T to make a "t" sound.
I wrote this phrase: The terrible train trucked along the tracks. "Toot, toot" as it passed two trucks talking.

The excitement of making a toilet paper fort is not in the buildings, but in not getting caught. It is scary because if you do get caught the staff might kick you out. Mum would be so angry, she would yell at me.
We went to Auckland to go visit Auntie Marie on her farm in Karaka. She has a huge sow called Annie, lots of horses, a snow white donkey, a duck, 2 cats and two Corgis called Angel and Rose. On the way back home we stopped at The Warehouse.
In The Warehouse there was giant cubes of toilet paper packs, I sometimes took some out and made it a little fort. That was big as me.
Mum was looking for us then she found us. When she saw us playing with the toilet paper, I thought she would be angry, but she just asked us to put it back and we went home.
Making toilet paper forts are fun, but don't get caught!
